About the Ruffs Behind the Finish

Jesse and Justine Ruff aren't new to the construction industry and are excited to bring their craft and expertise to Southern Colorado.

Jesse:

Jesse is originally from the Pacific Northwest and got a taste for carpentry and all things creation growing up in the country with his brothers. As he got older, he found himself drawn into the construction industry and started working in it at around 14 years old. As he learned the trade, he found that he also had a gift for building and a vision to see a project from beginning to end. A natural leader, Jesse often found himself leading the teams and not only completing a project, but doing it the right way. He doesn't believe in cutting corners and is willing to do what it takes to make sure his customers are satisfied with their finished product. We are coming to realize the way Jesse does business is rare and worth it, because we create lifelong relationships with our customers and want them to know we have their back . Justine:

fJustine was born and raised in Southern Colorado and has strong ties. She graduated from CSU with double Bachelors Degree in History and Latin American Studies. While pregnant with their son Jameson and their daughter Jeanette was 2, Justine graduated from SNHU with an MBA in Organizational Leadership. She is currently serving on the Board of Advisors for UCCS's Women in Leadership Certificate Program and is a published fiction author. She loves Colorado and if it is going to grow, she wants to see it done the right way. She takes pride in the work her company does and what that means for the community as a whole.
